Where can you care for our loved ones?

Care can be arranged at your hotel or vacation rental, for beach days, and alongside excursions or special events. Share your location and plans so the team can confirm coverage and any access requirements.

Can we book for a cruise day?

Yes, cruise and excursion care is part of the service offering. Include your ship, port, arrival and departure times, and meeting point in your booking details.

What ages do you care for, and how many children can you accommodate?

Tell us the number of children and their ages. The team will confirm whether the care is a fit, the number of caregivers needed, and the final price. Any charges for additional children must be agreed with the team before booking.

Do you also provide care for older adults?

Yes. Senior Companion Care offers three hours of non-medical companionship for $105. For different hours or a custom arrangement, start with a free consultation so the team can review individual needs, caregiver availability, and pricing.

Can we arrange care for children and an older relative?

Yes. Start with a free consultation so the team can discuss each person’s needs, the number of caregivers, and the total price. Children’s package prices apply to childcare; combined arrangements are quoted individually.

How can we confirm caregiver qualifications?

Ask the team about your assigned caregiver’s experience, training, and current CPR certification, and request any documentation you need before confirming your booking.

What should we discuss before the first visit?

Talk through routines, meals, allergies, emergency contacts, and any support needs directly with the team. You can also ask about caregiver experience, screening, and relevant training before confirming your arrangement.

How do booking and payment work?

The 15-minute consultation is free. Full payment for paid single-day services is collected when you book through our scheduling calendar. Multi-day, monthly, and custom care begin with a free consultation; the team confirms the final quote and payment arrangement afterward.

Can we arrange extras or a longer stay?

Absolutely. Ask about transportation assistance, beach gear and toys, birthday surprises, special occasion care, or multiple days. Availability and additional costs are confirmed individually.
